The Hill of Offense-Jerusalem

Traditionally identified as the spot where King Solomon built temples to the pagan dieties, so as to please his gentile wives (1 Kings 11). It is different from 'the Hill of Evil Counsel', where Caiaphas decided to arrest Jesus. Today, the prominent building you see in the hill, surrounded by trees, is a guesthouse called "Maison d'Abraham", built over an old monastery.
